This presentation offers participants an opportunity to learn new skills for use in a therapeutic setting. 

Why use symbols in therapy?

In short, because most traditional forms of therapy engage the mind in a dialogue which, whilst productive in the long run, can sabotage short term progress and lead to clients abandoning the process. 

A symbol or phrase generated as we discuss in this Workshop has the distinct advantage of not immediately suggesting the problem area or desired change whilst retaining the unconscious linkage which allows it to function as a powerful suggestive influence.

We also demonstrate how to use ideodynamic techniques to facilitate unconscious communication to

uncover information that is not available to normal conscious awareness and help clients to pinpoint the origins of phobias which, when brought up into normal conscious awareness, are often dissipated.

And even the most difficult client can benefit from using the principles behind Rational Emotive Hypnotherapy.  We show you how to use this Three Minute Therapy to full effect.
