Far more effective than any script written here is one that YOU have created for your own subject.

Think about the induction first.  If your client is afraid of heights you might be better off using a progressive relaxation with the Lift deepener, this avoids the subject having to look down from a height - and even stairs can be off putting for some people.

I prefer to use a visualisation that describes to some extent the subject's interest.  If they enjoy the sea then describe an imaginary tropical island or even better, some place they've visited in the past where they have had a pleasant and positive experience.  If your subject is a man who is interested in motorbikes, describe a visualisation of him 'tinkering' about with the engine or other parts of the machine, or riding along a beautiful country lane.  You are encouraged to ask for clues and use the subjects own wording if possible.  E.g. if you have someone who's always saying 'You know' (you know the type I mean?) - then you could introduce that particular wording into several sentences, e.g. 'you know HOW to feel good, you really do. . .'

Whatever the problem, stick with POSITIVE suggestions wherever possible.  Instead of saying 'You will NOT blush' you could say 'Your face and neck feel as though a soft gentle breeze were blowing across them', or instead of saying 'You won' be afraid of flying anymore when you get into an aircraft', you would rephrase it, 'You can feel really good about being up there, above the clouds, feeling on top of the world.'

Repeat the positive suggestions and repeat and repeat and repeat them again until they are firmly embedded in the subconscious mind.

Don't forget to remove any unwanted suggestions before ending the hypnosis with the COUNT UP.
