Hypnotize Yourself 2
Hello and welcome to Hypnotic World’s special 'Hypnotize
Yourself' section
where you can make it happen.
I’m going to help you to fulfill your dreams.
What is it that you want to
achieve? This question is not as easy as it first looks, because we don't all
know what we want to achieve in life. Most of us drift aimlessly through life and only get
a glimpse of what it was we should have done, when it’s actually too late to
achieve it.
If you’re one of those people who is not sure of your aspirations and the steps
to success, let’s
start at the end.
Imagine now that you’re 97 years of age and you’re sitting in
a rocking chair near the window of your home. You’re watching the world go by,
because by now you’re too frail to venture far, and most of the time you spend
nodding off or reminiscing about days gone by.
Although you’ve not eaten for almost a day, you’re neither hungry nor thirsty
because you use little energy, the days draw by and you really don’t know
whether it’s Saturday or Tuesday – some days you get the odd visitor, but mostly
you’re alone; just you, yourself and your thoughts.
Look back on your life now, remember how things were for you when you were a
child, playing with your friends, remember your best friend at school and the
game you liked to play the best. See yourself at about six or seven years of age
– you’re smaller, younger, look at the hair, the clothes. Where are you? At
home? At school? Outside? Inside? Take a look around at your surroundings,
notice the time of year, the time of day.
Pause for awhile and reflect upon those times.
Remember a cold snowy day when you were outside and your hands, even through
those gloves, were icy cold. Remember how the snow turned to slush and splashed
on legs, how nice it was to get inside and wrap up in a big towel and warm your
hands by the fire.
Now go forward in time and see yourself on your first day at work. Remember how
you felt. Were you nervous? Did you know anyone? How strange it seemed. What
about the building? Who showed you around and what to do? Do you remember your
first pay packet, and what you spent it on?
Now remember an important relationship, your first date – where did you go? What
are you wearing? What did you do? How long did that relationship last? Recall
your boy/girlfriends face, their scent – the feelings stirring inside you when
you were together. Do you have a favourite song at this time? If so, listen to
the lyrics in your mind. How do you feel?
Now depending on your age and the experiences that you’ve had in life, you’ll no
doubt find other memories beginning to surface, some happy ones no doubt,
perhaps some painful ones. Allow yourself to choose just one of these other
memories and see and feel yourself back there, living through that time again.
And now go deep inside yourself and locate your dreaming self – this part of you
is not asleep, and yet it’s not awake. It’s the creative part of your mind where
you dream up new ideas.
You’ll know that you’ve arrived when you can close your eyes for a few moments
and sink down into a comfortable feeling. But try not to close your eyes just
yet, because when you reach your dreaming self, you’re going to dream your life
again, but this time, how you would have liked it to be. You’ll see the
opportunities you missed, you’ll connect with what that 97 year old you could
have achieved, would have achieved, should have achieved, if circumstances had
been different.
So in a few moments, when you close your eyes, I want you sink down into that
dreamy feeling – stay there for about 5 minutes in clock time, which may be
something like 25 – 40 minutes in dream time – and see yourself HAVING ACHIEVED
your ambitions, or noticing how you did something differently. Then join me on
the FULFILLMENT page, to make those dreams come true.

The FULFILLMENT of your desire is achievable, so long as it’s believable. If you
believe you can do something, then you can (again, so long as it’s realistically
possible).
By realistically possible I mean that if all the obstacles that you have placed
in your way, were removed, would you be able to achieve your goal? If the answer
is yes, then come with me.

Now you’ve done the hardest bit. The next step is to
HYPNOTISE YOURSELF.
